TOPIC- CJ SUO MOTU NOTICE AGAINST HIS OWN SON

KHAWAJA SAAD RAFIQ OF PML-N said that CJ has taken a brave step against his own son. He said that in his opinion CJ should not adjudicate the case against his own son. He said that Riaz Malik is known to influence judges and generals. He said that in connection of this case of CJ's son, it is expected that role of sons and brothers of other influential people would also be questioned. He said that if CJ can call his own son to the court, others should be careful of their sons and brothers.
He said that it was quite possible that the whole game was planned to trap Chief Justice through his son by extending him favours and expecting favours in return. He said that CJ action against his own son is the result of the movement for the restoration of judiciary. He said that the brother of one the powerful personality is going to invest rupees 14 billion of the pensioners money in the real estate.
He said that CJ should also ask that why the name of Bahria is being used for a private residential scheme.
He said that in his opinion professional journalists should be included in the PEMRA. He said that people transform with the passage of time. He said that Imran Khan should realize that Nawaz Sharif has also transformed.
SHAH MAHMOOD QURESHI OF PTI said that CJ action against his own son is a bright example and he appreciates it. He said that on the other hand the PM of this country tried every thing to protect his sons from justice. He said that it is considerable that who the people think that SC is a hurdle in their way. He said that it seems like a sting operation was going on against the son of the CJ. He said that Riaz Malik should come back to the country from abroad and tell that why he gave so much money to the son of the CJ.
He said that political parties should realize now that the corruption eventually is exposed.
He said that the reports are that some people are trying to influence the media before the next elections.
He said that PML-N has the trump card of resignations against the government and if they use it his part can move forward with them.

ریاض ملک ججوں اور جرنیلوں کو خریدنے کے ماہر سمجھے جاتے ہیں۔چیف جسٹس کے بیٹے کے کیس میں آئیندہ بہت سے شہزادوں کے نام بھی آیں گے-اسلام آباد کی ایک اعلی شخصیت کا بھائی پنشروں کے پیسوں سے چودہ ارب روپے رئیل اسٹیٹ میں انوسٹ کرنے جا رہا ہے۔ چیف جسٹس کو یہ بھی پوچھنا چاہئیے کہ ایک پرائیویٹ رہائشی سکیم کے لئیے بحریہ کا نام کیوں استعمال ہو رہا ہے۔ چیف جسٹس اپنے بیٹے کو طلب کر سکتے ہیں تو باقیوں کو اپنے بیٹوں اور بھائیوں کی فکر کرنی چاہئیے۔ سعد رفیق--چیف جسٹس کی اپنے بیٹے کے خلاف کاروا...ئی ایک درخشاں مثال ہے میں اس کی تعریف کرتا ہوں۔ ایک اس ملک کا وزیراعظم ہے کہ جس نے اپنے دونوں بیٹوں کو مقدمات سے بچانے کی ہر ممکن کوشش کی۔ یہ غور کرنے کی بات ہے کہ کون لوگ ہیں جو سپریم کورٹ کو اپنے راستے کی رکاوٹ سمجھتے ہیں۔ لگتا ہے کہ چیف جسٹس کے بیٹے کے خلاف سٹنگ آپریشن ہو رہا تھا۔ ریاض ملک کو ملک میں آ کر بتانا چائیے کہ انہوں نے چیف جسٹس کے بیٹے کو پیسے کیوں دئیے۔ شاہ محمود قریشی--یہ بات ممکن لگتی ہے کہ چیف جسٹس کو پھنسانے کے لئیے ان کے بیٹے کے خلاف سازش کی گئی ہو۔ چیف جسٹس کی اپنے ہی بیٹے کے خلاف کاروائی عدلیہ کی آزادی کی تحریک کا ثمر ہے-سعد رفیق--سیاسی جماعتوں کو اب سمجھ لینا چاہئیے کہ حالات تبدیل ہو چکے ہیں کرپشن آخر کار سامنے آ جاتی ہے۔ یہ خبریں بھی مل رہی ہیں کہ کچھ لوگ آئیندہ الیکشن سے پہلے میڈیا پر اثر انداز ہونے کی کوشش کر رہے ہیں۔ شاہ محمود قریشی--میرے خیال میں پمرا کے اندر پرفیشنل صحافیوں کا بھی کردار ہونا چاہئیے۔ لوگ وقت کے ساتھ تبدیل ہو جاتے ہیں نواز شریف بھی بدل چکے ہیں عمران خان کو یہ بات سمجھنی چاہئیے۔ سعد رفیق--مسلم لیگ ن کے پاس استعفوں کا ٹرمپ کارڈ ہے وہ دے دیں تو بات آگے بڑھ سکتی ہے۔ شاہ محمود قریشی
